Get peace of mind that you are putting your best foot forward, legally speaking.  Your lawyer can draft documents, including various requests, responses, and grievances.  The wrong words may end up losing you legal protections.  When it comes to difficult situations at work, the words you choose matter.

What can I expect?

When you need it most, you can expect your lawyer to provide legal advice regarding your rights in the workplace and help you with difficult conversations at work.  Your lawyer can help you choose the right words to ensure you get all the legal protection you are entitled to.

Will I need to come to the office or meet in person to get legal help?

No, most of our clients prefer to meet with us remotely by phone or videoconference services like Zoom, and to share documents by email or text message.

Will I need to tell my employer I have a lawyer?

No, all services are confidential.

How do I pay?

First, click the Contact button above to request a meeting.  Within 1-2 business days, a staff member will contact you to obtain additional information.  Before activating your subscription, we need to make sure your lawyer does not have a conflict of interest and is able to represent you.  Once approved, we will send you a secure link by email or text message so that you can make the one-time payment by credit card.

How do I make an appointment to speak with a lawyer?

You can email your appointment request any time to support@workworldlaw.com.

Can an employer subscribe?

WorkWorld 365 is offered exclusively to employees.  But all individuals employed in California are eligible, including supervisors.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you may cancel at any time.

Will my subscription automatically renew after the year is up?

No, we will contact you at the end of your subscription period and you can choose whether you would like to continue your subscription.

What if I need to file a claim or lawsuit against my employer?

We can help with that too.  Although WorkWorld 365 is designed to avoid lawsuits, sometimes filing a claim is necessary to enforce employees' rights.  If you need to file a claim, a separate fee agreement may be required.  WorkWorld Law does not charge employees for litigation services or court costs advanced unless you win a case we file.
